TERMS OF SERVICE

ORDERING ONLINE

When placing an order through the Foxy Hair Studio Online system you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined.  Please ensure to read these terms and conditions before making an order and they only apply to online orders. However, we strongly recommend that you also access and read any other information provided on the Foxy website as these terms may apply also.

When an order is completed and submitted, you are making an offer to purchase these goods. Foxy Hair Studio must receive authorisation from your card issuer before any goods can be dispatched. Orders will not be accepted if a payment is not authorised.

All products displayed on the website are only available while stocks last. All prices are displayed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at 23%. Payments can be made in Euro only and are quoted exclusive of postage and packaging. Foxy Hair Studio will make every effort to ensure all goods displayed on the website are available however if the goods you ordered are not available will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right at all times to refuse any orders at our sole discretion.

You may cancel an order with us at any time prior to dispatch. Please ensure to contact us via telephone or at foxyhairstudio1@gmail.com notifying us that you wish to cancel your order. You will need to give your name, address and order number.

 

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your hair product but for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7 day returns policy, from the date you received your order.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, within the cooling off period of 7 days.

How to make a return:

  • Please notify us by telephone or email that you wish to return an item and reason for the return i.e. change of mind, faulty item, item not fit for purpose etc. Once your notification is acknowledged verbally or in writing please follow the below instructions. 

  • Place the item in its original box and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your receipt into the parcel.

  • Send the item to Foxy Hair Studio, 9/10 Francis Street, Ennis, Co. Clare.  You are responsible for all postage costs in making a return.

  • If the item is in its original condition, we will refund by the original payment card.

  • Gift Cards are not valid for refund or exchanges as they should be protected as you would cash.

 

DEPOSITS

Please note that deposits are required for group bookings.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee.
No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

 

REDO

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer any refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
For any reason if you are not satisfied with your service, you have to let us know immediately before you leave the salon so we can solve the situation.
Redo can still be offered ONLY If there is a technical issue with the service provided, however we require that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. No redo will be offered before your hair or beauty treatment is fully assessed by a salon manager or supervisor.

 

EXTENSIONS

Cost of Hair
Clients will be required to pay 50% of the Cost of Hair, at time of booking. This order is placed immediately by your stylist with Great Lengths and your extensions are then stored in your personal ‘hair file’ ready for your scheduled appointment.

Maintenance + Removal Fee’s
Your Follow-up Maintenance Check Appointment      30 minutes | €50*
We recommend that you book in for occasional maintenance checks throughout the duration of your Great Lengths extensions, which can last up to 5 months. Having a stylist regularly check your bonds will maximise the longevity of your hair extensions, and will eliminate any risk of matting.

*Stylist may require additional time (charged at €50 per 30 minutes) depending on the condition of your hair.

Removal Fee
If a client has booked an appointment for same day removal and reapplication of extensions a ‘no charge removal fee‘ will apply.

If a client books for removal only they will be charged €50 per 30 minutes depending on the condition of hair. Remember a good at home aftercare routine will ensure you maintain the stunning results you deserve!

Extension Cancellation Fee
Clients who, for whatever reason, are unable to attend their appointment for Extension Applications are kindly asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice. 

Failure to provide sufficient notice of a cancelled appointment  or a no show will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Therefore a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking by our reception team.


GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Extra charges for long hair, extra services and time are at the discretion of your stylist. You will be informed of any extra charges before the stylist begins this service.

  • All clients that have not had a colour service in our salons before are required to have a skin allergy patch test done 24 hours before.

  • Speak to any of our stylist and they will be happy to give you advice on this.

  • Extra charges for extra services and time will be applied, you will be informed of any extra charges before the stylist begins the service.

  • Foxy Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at it’s discretion if it feels the policies are being abused.

  • The salon reserves the rights to ask customers to pay for the cost of the services in advance.

  • Offer is subject to availability.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

 

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

  • This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or debit card.

  • No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.

  • We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards – protect this as you would cash.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for use in the studio and currently are not valid for purchases on our website.

  • We reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions.
